    gifts in a jar.

    I know that this is a little late for Mothers Day, but is useful to know. When I tought Jr. church, one Mothers day we made 'cookies in a jar" and gave them as presents. The recivers where very surpeised and liked themSmile

     I am with you on this one! I thought these "cookie" jars would make a great gift to my neighbor friends over here in England for Christmas next year.

     Does anyone know some popular mixes?

    I remember it looks really pretty when you layer the ingredients in the jar. I guess we would need to avoid any wet ingredients and then give directions. Maybe attach a cookie cutter?
