Can't find the remarks I read about this but I'll add my own anyway--my son brought home a box of the Ultimate Truffle Mix--it was absolutely great. We have been big fans of truffles since finding them in a French bakery in Cannes some 25 years ago. He found the box in the mark-down bin. Now I read that it is seasonal and may not be back--BRING IT BACK AS A STEADY ITEM PLEASE. It is so much easier than making them from scratch--cover them with granulated sugar, chocolate sprinkles, powdered sugar, coconut (toasted or not), add a bit of lemon or orange zest to the cover, add a bit of lemoncello or cointreau to the mix, amaretto also. There are so many ways to make them taste a bit different.
