five fruit salad

I'm looking for a recipe for a salad my mother-in-law called "foo-foo".     It contains Mandarin orange pieces, pineapple, shredded coconut, Maraschino cherries, miniature marshmallows & green grapes (I think).  I'm not sure about the rest.  I thought I saw a recipe in one of the BC on-line magazines but I can't seem to find it.  Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

Re: five fruit salad

I found this recipe at cooks.com that sounds similar:

HAWAIIAN FRUIT SALAD (AMBROSIA)
1 (16 oz.) cubed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. sour cream
Mix well and chill 3 hours.

You could try googling ambrosia. Hope this helps
