Has anyone heard of a chocolate chip filling that can be used for a 3 layer cake? I had it recently in a bakery cake and it was about 3/4 " thick and cookie consistancy. I would like to put it in my square vanilla cake I am making for a baby shower. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Hi Teapotgirl, I know that this is kinda late,, But do you mean that it was hard or crisp like a baked cookie, or like cookie dough? That would help to answer your question. Thanks, granna2
