    Elbow Macaroni

My family loves Ina Garten's Mac and cheese.  My problem is that I can only find the regular elbow macaroni.  I'm looking for the kind used in Stouffers mac and cheese.  They're bigger with a softer texture.  The holes are bigger, so more cheese gets into the noodle.  I've searched all my grocers, even Italian specialty shops but no luck.  Can anyone help?

    Re: Elbow Macaroni

Try some of the other pasta shapes.  I like raditori for mac-n-cheese.  I know it is not traditional but all the little ridges sure do hold a lot of cheesey sauce.  You could try a rigatoni that has a little larger of a hole in it.
Have fun experimenting.  I can't think of a better thing to experiment on!
