I'm 26 years old, student, married and have a 4-year-old daughter...I'm not a great cook, but the recipes are soooo inspiring! I cooked lima beans today for the 1st time! Hope I can impress my husband (who used to be a chef in The Netherlands) tonight with my lima beans and curried potatoes!

Any suggestions for a "newbie cook" trying to impress a chef for a husband?

What kind of recipes are you interested in? My grandmother cooked baby lima beans, but she just put butter, salt & pepper on them, they were really good.Lots of luck,
