Could someone explain the term Bake until Set ? I'm just not sure on the meaning.Confused Thank you.

It usually means until firm or not still jiggly or soupy. LOL

Like quiche or an egg casserole, you bake it until the center is firm (set)...not still too soft and jiggly.

You bake it until it is no longer liquid or batter. Like putting Jell-o in the fridge. You know it is done when it is "set".

This term is usually seen in recipes for custard or cheesecake. It goes into the oven a liquid, but comes out a solid.

This is the best way I know to describe it.
