Hi Kitty 1017. This is the recipe that I use for Taco Seasoning Mix. It is good ad easy. I hope that you haven't fixed supper yet! 
If so, maybe you can use it next time. Chicken taco Fingers sound good. Do you just make regular chicken fingers and coat them with the taco seasoning mix? AtlantaPat
Taco Seasoning Mix (for dips or tacos)A mixture of spices that approximates what you might buy in a package. Depending on how spicy you and your family like your dishes, use as little or as much as you want.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes *
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. This makes about 10 servings. Store leftovers in an airtight container. |
*can use 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper for the red pepper flakes.
