Sugar/Splenda conversion

Hello! I need some help in using Splenda. I want to make some Lemon Curd

and usually use sugar in my recipe. Can Splenda be used effectively in such

a recipe? and what is the conversion rate? Thanks for your help!

Please check the Splenda website at www.splenda.com. They will be able to answer all of your specific questions about their product. Thank you!

Re: Sugar/Splenda conversion

I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your Splenda question.  I'm looking for the recipe for lemon curd.  One recipe referenced the ingredients but doesn't give instrsuctions for making it.  I'm not one to use jar ingredients or box mixes if I can make it from scratch.  This site seems to lack the simple recipes to make things home made.  I would appreciate it if you would share your lemon curd recipe if you have one.  Thank you.
